We are partnering with a manufacturer of industrial environmental protection products who is hiring for a Safety Manager.

- 2–3+ years of experience as a Safety Manager or similar role
- Experience reducing injury, MOD, or DART rates
- OSHA 10 or BS in Occupational Safety preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Bi‑lingual in English & Spanish highly preferred (but not required)
- Lead safety initiatives, OSHA compliance, audits, and training programs across multiple facilities
- Support, lead, and develop safety committees while driving a strong safety culture
- Investigate incidents, monitor DART/TRIR data, manage corrective actions, and communicate safety metrics company‑wide
- Ensure policies meet federal/state regulations and work with insurance adjustors, inspectors, and local agencies
- Challenge:
Build and lead a proactive, high‑impact safety culture across multiple locations - Location:
Based in De Pere (corporate office) & Green Bay, WI (Manufacturing site), with occasional travel - Advancement:
