Upper Manager – McDonald's (Green Bay, WI)

Join our team as an Upper Manager responsible for ensuring a fast, friendly, and clean experience for every customer. You will provide leadership, planning, and oversight for the daily operations of a McDonald’s restaurant.

• Lead daily shift operations, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Plan shift schedules and monitor performance of crew and partner managers.
• Maintain food safety, daily maintenance, and storage protocols.
• Conduct training and coaching for staff to improve customer service and performance.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and compliance with safety and security regulations.
• Communicate with the next shift manager to ensure smooth transition and continuity.
• Support department goals and meet performance targets during your shift.

• At least 18 years old and able to work shift hours.
• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Strong teamwork skills and a flexible schedule.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
