• Reports directly to the Regional Manager.
• Oversee management at accounts in the assigned area, support achievement of the annual corporate profit goal, and meet and exceed area revenue & profit targets.
• Ensure account retention and establish long‑term relationships with customers.
• Recruit, manage, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide a professional first impression to all customers; ensure compliance with contract specifications.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints.
• Handle P&L responsibility.
• Manage multiple priorities, build, manage, and lead a high‑performance team.
• Track, order, and manage payroll, recruiting, and inspections.
