DescriptionPosition Title:
Nights Driver Manager.
Shift: Extended Coverage 6 pm - 6 am.
Department:
Operations.
Location:
Green Bay, WI.
Schedule:
2-2-3 work schedule (work two days on, two days off, then three days on). 36 hours one week alternating with 48 hours the next week with every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.
Reports to:
Terminal Manager.
- Management and oversight of all driver‑related job functions including but not limited to operations, safety, compliance, vacation/home‑time, employee relations, customer service claims, and breakdown.
- Maintain effective communication with load planners and customer service representatives to ensure on‑time delivery and load accuracy.
- Manage coordination with maintenance to ensure completion of preventative maintenance and repairs to trucks within the fleet.
- Assist as needed with HR‑led initiatives, including submitting documents to payroll, issuing disciplinary action, and general communication between driver and management.
- Administer daily and weekly business‑related reporting.
- Additional duties may be assigned, depending on the needs of the business.
- General experience in the trucking industry.
- Proficient in general computer software.
- Experience working in TMW and/or Qualcomm is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of FMCSA Hours of Service and Compliance.
- Strong time‑management skills and able to prioritize effectively.
- A proven leader and team player, dependable, consistent, and reliable.
Experience:
Supervisory experience preferred, preferably in the trucking industry.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule. - Base salary range of $50,000 to $55,000.
- Eligible to participate in the Company’s quarterly bonus plan, with the amount varying and subject to standard terms and conditions of the incentive program.
