Job Overview: Schneider is seeking a Transportation Planner Team Leader in Green Bay to lead a team of transportation planners who match available drivers and equipment to customer loads. The Transportation Planner Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring the optimal utilization of drivers and equipment.

• Lead and coach a team of associates.
• Work with other leaders to create a strategy that optimizes the use of freight, equipment and drivers.
• Analyze and improve dispatch-related activities.
• Make employment-related decisions.
• Work closely with other teams to identify and address problem areas and streamline processes.

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics or a related field.
• Two plus years of related work experience.
• Have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Is goal-driven and motivated to reach desired outcomes.
• Able to positively coach, lead and influence a team.
