* Lead and oversee all resident care services for our assisted living and memory care residents
* Recruit, coach, and develop wellness and caregiving team members
* Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical best practices
* Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and wellness programs
* Partner with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being
* Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, teamwork, and service excellence### What We're Looking For
* Clinical leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or long-term care
