Under the direction of the Area Manager, the Concrete Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for safeguarding and efficiently directing all processes, people, and resources as assigned. Success in this role is determined by the ability to cultivate and nurture a positive team environment; supervising, developing, and guiding team members; uphold quality control operations while emphasizing safety, ethics, integrity, and efficiency; proactively managing risk;

and complying ethically with all internal and external policies, specifications, procedures, and standards.

• Ensure that all team members fully comply with the expectations, policies, procedures, and standards as detailed in Quality Management Systemand QCTechnician Manual

• Certify that all your team members are properly trained, understand, maintain current certifications for testing, trequ equipped with resources to ensure their personal safety and perform their duties as required.

• Complete and maintain compliance items on time and as assigned in QCSCompliance Requirements and Reminders  database, or as directed.

• Audit projects, laboratories, and evaluate team members to ensure the testing and reporting is executed effectively, efficiently, safely and in accordance with the specifications and company policies, procedures, and standards.
