General Manager

Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

The General Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the hospitality establishment, ensuring exceptional service delivery and financial performance. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, managing costs, and maintaining high standards in food and beverage offerings. They will be responsible for strategic planning and execution to meet corporate sales targets and optimize profitability.

Ultimately, the General Manager will ensure the business operates smoothly while delivering an outstanding guest experience that aligns with the company’s brand and values.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 Years of Upper Hotel Management Experience.
• Proven track record in managing P&L and controlling operational costs effectively.
• Strong experience in people management and leading diverse teams.
• Demonstrated success in project sales and corporate sales within a hospitality environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management.
• Experience with advanced financial management software and CRM systems.
• Certification in hospitality management or related professional credentials.
• Experience working in multi-unit or large-scale hospitality operations.
• Familiarity with current trends in food and beverage service and customer experience innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations across all departments including food and beverage, sales, and guest services to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement sales strategies focused on project and corporate sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor and control food costs, labor expenses, and other operational costs to maximize profitability.
• Prepare and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and oversee P&L statements to ensure financial goals are met.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing team and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the establishment and expand market presence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality industry regulations and standards.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
