• Coordinates and projects the workflow with the production group based on orders, ship dates and on-hand materials/stock
• Communicates regularly with inventory and purchasing groups to ensure materials are available
• Purchases and coordinates the delivery of pallets for various suppliers
• Manages daily movements from the warehouse to support productions
• Ensures all shop orders are entered in a timely manner
• Reconciles work orders upon completion
• Provides pricing and productions information for customer’s quotes
• Builds item masters and routers in Global Shop
• Provides timely feedback on order date confirmation for Inside Sales using feedback on operations and procurement
• Participates in weekly management meetings with customer representatives
• Manages, maintains and utilizes the MRP/MPS/CRP and Forecasting modules of Global Shop
• Coordinates the cross-departmental workflow ensuring all resources needed are available
• Provides feedback to site management regarding production planning and maintain efficiency and customer expectations
• Holds regular meetings with key personnel to coordinate and implement workflow
• Complies with Tufco Safety guidelines & principles

• Degree in operations, business management or related field and/or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience in accounting, production scheduling or inventory control
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office products
• Basic math skills

• Understands and complies with all lockout/tagout procedures
• Works in a safe and ethical manner at all times
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
