Wilco Cabinet Makers, Inc., is a premier manufacturer of custom cabinetry located in Green Bay, WI. Our company designs, builds and installs high-quality, custom cabinetry for residential and commercial clients. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our cabinet production team! Experience is preferred but not necessary as we will train.

Position Summary:

Positions are available in all areas of production including sanding, finishing, building, and installing. You will be successful in any position if you are driven, have a passion for performing quality work, and have an eye for detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This position pre-installs all doors and hinges, drawers and drawer slides and all cabinet interior hardware in the finished cabinets. The pre-installed cabinets are then meticulously loaded onto Wilco’s trucks for safe delivery to jobsites. Installers scribe and fit all cabinetry and countertops to walls and floors, and do the final install using sanders, drills, scribers, saws, and levels. Accuracy of installing cabinetry and countertops plumb and level is required.

Lead Installer positions require previous experience. Installation Assistant positions are available for on-the-job training.

General knowledge that is needed for all positions in the shop:
  • Understand different cabinet parts and how they work in conjunction with adjoining parts
  • Reading and understanding computer printout drawings and blueprints of how cabinets need to be assembled
  • Able to read a tape measure and accurately measure down to 1/16”
  • Able to add and subtract fractions
  • Tasks include some lifting – must be able to lift 10 – 50 lbs unassisted
  • General working knowledge of hand tools
  • Safe work habits
  • Attention to detail
Work schedule:
  • Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Friday – As needed (overtime)
  • Full-time
