Machine Operator

Industrial Works is a Mid‑Size Diversified Metals Fabrication Company located in Green Bay, WI that is experiencing growth. We are looking for a full‑time Machine Operator. Location: Green Bay, WI

Wage: $16.00 – $24.00 Varies based on experience.

Shift: 1st – 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. / 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. depending on workload.

Job Type: Full‑Time

• Machine operation:
  Setting up, operating, and controlling machinery to meet production quotas and quality standards. This can involve loading materials and monitoring the process.
• Material handling:
  Loading raw materials into machines and unloading finished products.
• Safety and compliance:
  Following all safety guidelines, company procedures, and workplace regulations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Quality control:
  Inspecting finished products for defects and making necessary adjustments to machine settings to ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting:
  Performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication. Troubleshooting malfunctions, making minor repairs, and coordinating with maintenance teams for larger issues.
• Team collaboration:
  Working with other team members to meet daily production targets.
• Continuous improvement:
  Participating in initiatives to improve production efficiency and workflow.
• Deburr, drill and tap assorted parts.
• Ability to use assorted measuring tools.
• Count, sort, label, and measure parts for accuracy.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Accept other duties as assigned.
