As a member of our labor pool, you'll support departments by stepping in to handle increased workloads, cover absences, and ensure smooth production—gaining valuable skills along the way.

• Working within a team while assisting in the operation of manufacturing machinery
• Provide flexible support by providing coverage for vacancies across multiple departments throughout the mill
• Conducting quality checks
• Operating forklifts
• General plant operations
• Following Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
• General housekeeping duties
• Troubleshooting machine issues and making recommendations on the process
• You would work a 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift rotation including days and nights

• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (2 days 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. followed by 2 nights 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., then 4 days off).

• Starting employees earn up to $68,000 annually
• Daily shift premiums: time and a half after 8 hours worked, Saturday's time and a half, and Sunday's are double time
