• $20.00 / hour – $27.00 / hour (base pay; actual pay based on skills and experience)

• Work 15 days per month on a 2-2-3 cycle: either Monday/Tue – Wed/Thu – Fri/Sat/Sun or Off – MSD – Off
• 12‑hour shifts:
  Days 6:00 am–6:00 pm;
  Nights 6:00 pm–6:00 am

• Operate the gamma winder, duplex winder, and bag machine to produce high‑quality prints and finishes.
• Rewind, trim, and slit rolls.
• Fix profile issues on finished goods.
• Pack skids using corner boards, slip sheets, headers, and proper taping.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area (“set in order” and “shine”).
• Assist other production areas as needed when demand arises.
• Open stock and cut cores.
• Operate forklift and clamp truck to move material within the plant.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screening.

• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, multi‑system usage).
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including overtime.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
