• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Recording production and scrap data in our ERP system (Nulogy preferred).
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Leading crew rotations, ensuring safety, and optimizing line efficiency.
• Assisting with setup, cleaning, and changeovers.

• Strong focus on safety and following procedures.
• Basic math skills and ability to read work instructions.
• Good verbal communication skills with others.
• Experience:
  
  being responsible for employees – 1 year (Preferred).
• Experience:
  
  Rewinder (Paper Converting Machine) – 1 year (Preferred).
• Experience:
  
  Machine Troubleshooting – 1 year (Preferred).
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly, 40 lbs occasionally (up to 50 lbs rarely), comfortable standing, reaching, kneeling, and operating machinery for long periods. Work environment includes moving parts, noise, and airborne particles (safety gear provided).
