We’re looking for a skilled and dependable individual to join our team and play a vital role in producing high‑quality parts that meet strict customer and production standards. • Read & understand M&G Codes
• Determine the most efficient machine operation methods to maximize productivity
• Perform all tasks required to operate multiple CNC machines
• Review blueprints and set‑up sheets; make appropriate adjustments to make every part the right part
• Perform first article inspections
• Comply with all workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulations (OSHA, local, and company-specific)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years minimum of related CNC operation experience
• 1 year minimum of CNC set‑up experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
