You will operate state-of-the-art printing presses to deliver high-quality printing and finishing services for film, paper, and specialty materials. Working alongside 160 employee-owners in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while serving essential markets including food, consumer goods, industrial, and healthcare.

Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule

• 12‑hour static shifts (Nights – 6:00 pm – 6:00 am)

• Translate written and computer‑generated layout specifications into the requirements for mounting plates
• Prepare plates to be mounted
• Clean plates if necessary
• Make minor repairs if needed
• Apply plates properly and use correct materials
• Properly set up a job using the plate mounter
• Perform visual inspections of plates and plate components for defects
• Troubleshoot print issues in relation to plates, sleeves, and inks
• Complete required documentation and obtain required signatures
• Filing plates to ensure the integrity of the plates and filing system
• Participate in quality, continuous improvement, and safety
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening

• One year of manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Strong time‑management skills
• Perform basic math skills
• Obtain accurate geometric measurements with a variety of instruments
• Strong self‑starter who encourages self‑motivation

• Wages ranging from $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
