Key Responsibilities:- Precision Machining: Operate state-of-the-art Mazak VMC, HMC, and 5-axis machines to produce high-tolerance parts.
- Programming Expertise: Develop and optimize CNC programs using G-code or CAM software.
- Setup and Optimization: Set up and adjust machine tools, fixtures, and tooling to maximize efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect parts using precise measuring instruments to ensure they meet stringent quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve processes and reduce costs.
- Safety First: Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and machining processes.
- Skilled Operator: Proficiency in operating CNC machines, setting up tools, and using measuring instruments.
- Problem-Solver: Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and implement effective solutions.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.

- Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour.
- Hours: Monday-Thursday, 5 AM to 3 PM or 6 AM to 4 PM, Friday, 5 AM to 10 AM or 6 AM to 11 AM with paid breaks.
