Quality Manager – Manufacturing
Our client is a multi‑million dollar machining expert in the Aerospace industry located in the Green Bay, WI area. We are looking for a Quality Manager who blends hands‑on manufacturing expertise with leadership and customer‑facing impact. Relocation is offered to the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Partner closely with manufacturing to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Apply statistical and Lean techniques to improve processes and develop cost‑effective machining workflows.
- Collaborate directly with customers to address tolerance, machining, and print interpretation challenges.
- Design special gauging for new jobs and ensure strong FOD awareness throughout operations.
- 10+ years of deep machine shop experience.
- 5+ years of proven people leadership.
- Passion for continuous improvement and solving complex quality challenges.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence both the shop floor and customer outcomes.
Base pay range: $ per year. Total compensation may include annual bonuses and relocation allowance.
