Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Chemical Compounding Operator to produce batches of coatings and paints. You will follow Batch Tickets to ensure products meet customer and company specifications.
Responsibilities- Produce batches of coatings and paints according to specifications.
- Follow Batch Ticket instructions to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Engage in chemical mixing, blending, and compounding processes.
- Maintain accurate Batch records and adhere to GMP standards.
- Experience in batching, blending, or manufacturing of liquid-based products.
- Ability to follow detailed Batch Ticket instructions.
- Positive attendance record.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with chemical operation and manufacturing.
- Skills in batch mixing and chemical blending.
The position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for voluntary overtime, allowing employees to work up to 80 hours a week if desired. Shifts available are 1st Shift from Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., and 2nd Shift from Monday to Friday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Training for all shifts will occur from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for one week.
Employees can enjoy almost unlimited overtime for those eager to maximize their hour.
Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, WI.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.75 - $23.75/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
