LTL Supply, LLC is looking for a driven, hardworking, and enthusiastic Production Associate to join the team full-time at our Green Bay, WI location. This position is responsible for being cross trained in areas such as machine operations, assembly of wire harnesses, and braiding. What is a wire harness? It is a set of organized wires that power agricultural and heavy equipment, boat lifts, generators and more.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm or Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation:
Select wires of specified gauge, color, type, marking, and length and prepare them for assembly. - Termination:
Crimp terminals by hand and machine. - Assembly:
Route, tape, measure and cut to length wires according to wire schematics and harness drawings. - Testing:
Perform continuity test on the assembled harnesses using Cirris testers or multimeters. - Braiding:
Apply covering over harness. - Quality Control:
Conduct visual, dimensional and force inspections to ensure products meet quality standards. - Safety & Training:
Follow safety and all training guidelines to perform operational tasks. - Other Duties:

- Ability to utilize and read tape measures (length, width, thickness, diameter or depth of an object).
- Able to use various equipment for production and assembly
- Willing and able to learn and follow standard practices.
- Able to read and follow work instructions and documents.
- Able to safely lift plus push/pull up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
- Proficient in basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and use a tape measure.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Must possess sufficient English language skills to understand work instructions, perform essential job functions of the position to ensure safe and effective job performance, and communicate effectively within the company.
- 18+ years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in an industrial manufacturing setting is a plus.
In a production position, you will be using your vision for small detail work, hands, fingers, and arms frequently while standing for long periods of time. Additionally, speaking often with coworkers to troubleshoot and complete tasks. The individual will require fine motor skills, using fingers to operate small tools such as a tape measure and calibration tools or other controls specific to the position.
Everyone must wear required personal protective equipment which may include safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, shoes, and other items as it pertains to the job duties. Able to see details or objects at a close range will be necessary for tasks while safely operating equipment, reading product labels, documents, or identifying specific items.
