A well-established manufacturing company in Wisconsin (Green Bay area) is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support precision machining operations in a highly engineered production environment. This role offers long-term stability, modern equipment, and the opportunity to work on complex, high-quality components.

• Program CNC machines (mills and/or lathes) using CAM software and/or G-code
• Collaborate with engineering and machining teams to optimize tooling, setups, and cycle times
• Support new product launches and process improvements
• Troubleshoot machining issues related to programs, tooling, and fixturing
• Maintain accurate documentation for programs and machining processes
• Assist with continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and quality standards

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with CNC mills and/or lathes (multi-axis experience a plus)
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software
• Solid understanding of GD&T, blueprints, and machining best practices
• Hands‑on shop floor experience and the ability to support machinists
• Experience machining aluminum and other metals preferred
