KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Inventory Assistant to join our Green Bay manufacturing. The shift for this individual will be 7:30am-4:00pm. To learn more about KI, please visit

• Pull orders and sort according to shipping requirements
• Pull proper fabric to fulfill orders
• Cut fabric to size, big it and send to shipping
• Inspect incoming fabric rolls ensuring that flaws are marked and yardage is correct
• Place fabric rolls on racks sorted by location range
• Take appropriate fabric rolls from racks to the Fed Ex machine
• Fill fabric sample requests for customers and sales reps
• Track daily and monthly samples via Excel spreadsheet program

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Reading skills
• Keyboarding skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

• Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required
• Team player
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to train on any shift
• Positive attitude

• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow
