• Produce safe, quality products. Escalate or remediate any food safety and quality concerns/risks including participating in product hold investigations utilizing PDCA and/or 6W2H. Monitors and ensures employee conformance with safety requirements including lock out, tag out validations and Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP).
• Enters run information into CDC (MII) system and assigns downtime reasons throughout shift.
• Determines placement of employees on the line and assures that proper rotation takes place throughout the shift by implementing a rotation of employees every 15-30 minutes.
