Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Hospital Medicine in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This full-time position follows a 7-on / 7-off schedule, offering extended time off while maintaining a predictable rotation. • Provide high-quality inpatient care in collaboration with the physician team.
• Manage patient admissions, daily rounding, and discharges.
• Work with leadership to maintain strong performance in quality metrics and program initiatives.
• Participate in protocol implementation and continuous improvement efforts.

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies (required).
• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (required).
• Active Wisconsin license or ability to obtain prior to start (required).
• DEA registration (preferred).
• Hospital or acute care experience preferred.
