Home Health LPN; Licensed Practical Nurse - Brown​/Winnebago​/Calumet Counties

We are seeking a Home Health LPN Visit Nurse to provide care in Brown, Winnebago, and Calumet Counties!

• Performing routine nursing visits
• Providing wound care -- we take great pride in being a preferred provider for several local wound care clinics
• Providing catheter care
• Excellent communication skills with clients, families, doctors, facility staff, and co-workers is a must to be successful in this role
• Ability to work independently
• Good organization and time management skills are also critical
• Love working with the geriatric population

• One year of clinical experience preferred.

• Current Wisconsin LPN licensure
• Current driver's license, valid vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle

  Brown, Winnebago, and Calumet Counties
• Schedule:
  
  Full-Time, 1st shift Monday-Friday. Minimal on-call required.
• Compensation: $25-$30/hour based on experience.
