• Primarily work with our rehabilitation patients in our SNF neighborhoods, with flexibility to assist in other areas of the nursing home as needed.
• Administer nursing care to our rehabilitation patients, including:
  • Developing and implementing nursing care plans
  • Providing patient care
  • Maintaining medical records
• Supervise the C.N.A. staff to ensure quality of care and performance expectations are met.
• Build long‑lasting relationships with residents and help provide them with social and emotional support.
