• Provide basic patient care under the direction of the nursing staff and perform duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom patients/residents and change linens.
• Move, transfer or transport patients/residents.
• Will primarily work with long-term, memory care, and rehab patients and residents in our SNF neighborhoods, with flexibility to assist in other areas of the nursing home as needed.

• Completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant course or passing the State Nursing Assistant exam for Certification as well as the CNA listing on the State and Federal Registry required.
• Experience as a Nursing Assistant in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
• Computer skills strongly preferred.
• Certified or willingness to obtain dementia care certification strongly preferred.
