Description Job Specifics:- Location: 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301
- FTE Status: Part-time, 32-48 hours per pay period or full-time, 64-80 hours per pay period
- Work Schedule: 50% or greater of shifts must be from 3pm-7am, every other weekend, and 1-2 holidays per the holiday agreement length. Agreements can be 12 or 24 weeks in length.
- Additional information: No benefits included with Per Diem position. Competitive rates dependent on FTE status.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures.
The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient. Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged.
Description:
Nursing Services (Float) personnel receive training across all Med-Surg units and are offered the chance to cross-train in areas of higher acuity, including the ICU and Maternity Units. They are compensated for the expectation of competence and confidence in these diverse areas. This allows staff to acquire a broad range of knowledge and experience while fostering relationships across the organization.
