Strong, Experienced Team – With 7 CVTs and 13 Veterinary Assistants
, plus 8 receptionists, you’ll always have outstanding support. Many of our staff have been with us 10+ years, and 4 of our 6 doctors have been here for 15+ years.

Great Culture – We work hard, but we make time for fun too! From chair massages and wellness challenges to volleyball games, pool parties, axe throwing, team runs, and potlucks—you’ll feel right at home.

Flexible Scheduling – Full-time or part-time options are available. Doctors typically work 3–4 days per week with a 90-minute lunch break
and admin time built into the day.

Balanced Caseload – Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes, with urgent care slots reserved daily. Surgery and dentistry are available 1–2 days per week for those interested, but not required

No Weekends or On-Call – Enjoy your evenings, weekends, and holidays free.

Our state-of-the-art facility includes:

• In-house IDEXX blood machines (Catalyst, Pro Cyte, Sedivue)
• Ultrasound unit, tonopen, cryo units, and Sun Tech BP monitor
• Surgical laser, electrocautery, and advanced anesthetic monitoring
• Impromed software, AI SOAP note app integration, and Vet Cove online pharmacy
• Six exam rooms (including a comfort room with private entrance/exit)

We also partner with specialists—Dr. Brianne Miller visits monthly for advanced ultrasounds and echocardiograms. Emergency cases are referred to Blue Pearl Appleton (open 24/7).

Whether you’re an experienced DVM or a new graduate
, you’ll find strong mentorship and personalized support:

• Shadowing and gradual onboarding (1-hour appointments at first, moving to 30 minutes)
• Structured support for surgery and dentistry with progressive independence
• Regular one-on-one mentorship check-ins with Dr. Moede (mentorship certified)
• New Grad CE program, virtual topic rounds, and Vet Life network
• A dedicated technician assigned during your training period
• Collaborative monthly doctor meetings, CE opportunities, and lunch-and-learns
