Seasonal Landscaper

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. Relocation assistance is provided. We recruit nationally.

We are looking for hard‑working individuals who are eager to work outdoors and are up to the challenge of taking care of Epic’s unique landscape as part of the Horticulture team. Responsibilities include assisting horticulturists with maintenance of garden areas, green roofs, orchard, and prairies, mowing, trimming, mulching, watering, weeding, and composting. Work may be strenuous and involve crouching, bending, kneeling, and regularly lifting 50 lbs, so a passion for rigorous outdoor activity is a must.

• Experience using commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the growing season (approximately April to November).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic’s campus in Verona, WI.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
