Utility Helper – Seasonal Maintenance 2026
Are you looking for a hands‑on job this summer? NEW Water, the brand of the Green Bay Metropolitan Sewerage District, is looking for a Seasonal Utility Helper to perform minor maintenance and landscaping activities on buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Details about the Position:This position will be responsible for cleaning, painting, facility inspections, lawn care, and minor maintenance using some motorized equipment and power tools. The Utility Helper will also provide support and assistance to the Utility Workers.
This is a full‑time position during the summer with an approximate start date of May 2026.
Utility Helper hiring range: $14.75 to $16.83 per hour
Utility Helper full salary range: $14.75 to $20.82 per hour

Education Requirements:- Candidate must be currently enrolled in high school or college.
- Knowledge of the safe operation of a wide variety of power tools and equipment, including lawn care and landscaping equipment is preferred.
