Hotel Equities, a multi‑award‑winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Banquet Bartender for Hotel Northland in Green Bay, WI.

• High School diploma / Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Strong knowledge of drink preparation and applicable health standards.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations and Company policy regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated patrons.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Basic communication skills, both verbal and written, plus basic computational ability.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.
• Familiarity with all menu items.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate all equipment related to the outlet, including coffee maker and cash terminal.
• Most work tasks are performed indoors. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures such as freezers (-10 °F) and kitchens (+110 °F) for up to one hour or more.
• Ability to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for up to 4 hours.
• Lifting ability: trays of food or items weighing up to 30 lbs; bend, squat and lift 40 lbs; occasionally lift up to 75 lbs; push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs.
• Physical dexterity: bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, and repetitive motions are required.
• Visual acuity and hearing ability for near vision and depth perception.
• Manual dexterity for using and operating all necessary equipment, including cutlery.
• Must have Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certification.
