Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Bus and reset tables; set dining tables with dishes, silverware, glassware and condiments before service.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas: wipe tables and chairs, vacuum floors, empty trash, clean spills.
- Assist crew members, perform side work during shift downtime: restock condiment holders, clean bathrooms, refills ice bins.
- Deliver clean dishes to the cooks or expo line; keep general manager and manager on duty informed of problems and propose alternative solutions.
- Stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
- Lift, carry, bend, reach up to 50 pounds; reach heights approximately 6 feet.
- Work irregular hours under heavy pressure/stress during busy times.
Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service can be taught through in‑house training. None required.
