Our Panda Cook associates are important leaders of our team and the heart of our kitchen. You are responsible for creating food with passion, service with heart and ambiance with pride.

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards.
• Guide the Kitchen Team and assist with their training.
• Perform all Back‑of‑House responsibilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer some operations or food‑service experience.
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.

Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches, and work in a fast‑paced, hot, noisy kitchen environment. The role is physically demanding and requires effective verbal communication, adaptability, and conflict management skills.
