Job OverviewMobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T‑Mobile brand to life. They live and breathe T‑Mobile, create energy and excitement around our products and services, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where technology, customer needs, and the retail experience continuously evolve. They build deep connections with customers and are experts in uncovering needs, educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions.
Mobile Experts meet performance targets including sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics.
- Serve and sell to customers while providing a best‑in‑class experience and building loyalty
- Consistently leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding
- Complete training on T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources
- Make the most of their time on shift, consistently seek information between customers and learn about innovations in wireless and technology
- Partner with T‑Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)
Skills and Abilities
- Passionate customer advocate with desire to personalize interactions and maintain fun with customers; effective at balancing experience and performance goals (Required)
- Team building: willingness to work with peers and store leaders, sharing best practices, and resolving issues (Required)
- Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required)
- At least 18 years of age

Hourly base pay: $19.00
Annualized incentive target: $9,360
All employees guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
