Brand Ambassador – Green Bay

Job description:

Dean Distributing, Inc. (DDI) is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent our company and promote our brands and products. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging with consumers, creating brand awareness, and driving sales through various marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of our brand and make a lasting impression on potential customers.

This part-time position works evenings and weekends as needed at accounts within Brown County, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate must work well independently, be well organized, have strong time-management skills, a good driving record, and experience in sales/marketing.

• Perform product samplings of Products at On Premise retailers (Bars, Restaurants, Events, etc.).
• Interact with consumers and account management during product sampling events to increase brand visibility and ensure event execution goes as planned.
• Engage and Communicate with our Marketing and Sales departments to provide feedback on events and to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
• Represent the brand professionally at all times, maintaining a positive image.
• Learn and comprehend product knowledge to effectively educate consumers  the spokesperson for the brand sampled.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude to create a positive and memorable brand experience for consumers.
• Represent DDI in a professional manner at all times.
• Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Act as a spokesperson for the brand, embodying its values and mission.
• Must be able to commit to two (2) Fridays and Saturdays a month. Times will vary and will be primarily in the late afternoon or evening. Shifts for this position will last between 2 and 3 hours depending on need.

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively communicate the key features and benefits of our products.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse audience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A good driving record.

This position is reimbursed mileage for using their personal vehicle.
