Who They Are
Our client is a 100-year-old, family-owned manufacturer of commercial flooring that is looking for a Northeast Regional Sales Manager. They are looking for someone with experience calling on A&D and end-users in the healthcare and education space, and managing relationships with their distribution partners throughout the market. Compensation for this role is structured as a base plus bonus, company car, and benefits!
WhatYou'll Do
- Call on distributors
- Develop and drive specifications
- Launch and monitor promotions
- Conduct sales meetings and staff training
- Participate in trade shows
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years in commercial flooring or interior commercial finishes
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
