Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Leveraging our unique platform to focus on client interactions and sales. - Client Consultation:
Performing comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs. - Sales Presentation:
Delivering captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. - Relationship Management:
Cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. - Market Research:
Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance products effectively. - Sales Reporting:
Keeping precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. - Compliance:
Ensuring all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one.
- Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $/yr
- Annual Bonus and Commission
- Residuals paid on the anniversary date of the clients' sale.
