Job SummaryThe Client Coordinator works with the outside sales teams to ensure timely quotes for renewals and new subscriptions. The Client Coordinator will demonstrate a passion for client success by focusing on supporting customers through all levels of the sales process including onboarding, customer service calls, contract renewals and account changes.
Essential Functions- Act as liaison between the organization and the client
- Meet with Sales Reps to review upcoming renewals and plan ahead
- Facilitate client communication
- Coordinate consolidation of contracts
- Promote adoption of three-year agreements
- Maintain compliance with Autodesk standard practices for order processing
- Knowledge of Autodesk policy changes concerning renewal and new software purchases
- Assist in organization of account hierarchies
- Assist clients in use of Autodesk account
- Facilitate Symetri US standard operating procedures throughout customer engagement process
- Perform additional duties as requested or assigned
- Skilled in Microsoft office products, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Experience w/ design-build products and/or sales (Autodesk, Bluebeam, ESRI, etc.)
- Ability to organize and manage multiple large projects simultaneously
- Excels working in a team environment
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel when needed
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of tech sales-related experience
- Background in SAAS software deployment
- 2 weeks PTO annually plus flexible paid time off
