KI has an opening for a Project & Service Coordinator in our Sales Operations department at our corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. The intended start date for this position is Monday, February 2, 2026.

• Provide exceptional sales, product, and/or order support to sales teams, customers, dealers, and other business partners.
• Handle all inbound pre‑sales and/or post‑sales activities generated by the assigned group.
• Pre‑sales: provide quotes and pricing, update , and quote installation.
• Post‑sales: coordinate installations, transportation and delivery dates with internal departments, and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.

• Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service, sales, or project management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

• Hourly rate based on candidate’s experience, qualifications, and education, with salary range starting at $23/hour.
