• Drive revenue and market share across group, corporate, transient, meetings, catering, weddings, and social events.
• Be a seller spect, open doors, build relationships, and personally develop key accounts.
• Partner with revenue leadership to optimize pricing, pace, segmentation, business mix, and need dates.
• Turn Green Bay’s unique mix of business, sports, events, and leisure travel into opportunity.
• Lead marketing, digital, social, partnerships, and programming that create attention and convert it into demand.
• Sell the whole hotel, from rooms and meetings to dining, weddings, celebrations, and experiences.
• Build a sales culture that is ambitious, creative, connected, and accountable.

• Proven hotel sales leadership with a track record of growing revenue and gaining market share

• Strong experience across group, corporate, transient, catering, meetings, and events.
• A hunter mentality and genuine drive to create new business.
• Commercial instincts paired with creativity, curiosity, and strong financial acumen.
• The ability to build the strategy and then roll up your sleeves to make it happen.
• Marriott or Autograph Collection experience and Green Bay market knowledge are a plus.
