This is a sales role with a mission. You will build a pipeline, earn trust, guide families through difficult decisions, and convert opportunities into successful outcomes. What makes this role different is what you are selling: clarity, confidence, and peace of mind for seniors and their families.
Care Patrol is a national senior-care advisory organization with more than 200 locally owned offices. Our local team helps families understand and evaluate options such as assisted living, memory care, independent living, in-home care, and skilled nursing care. Our advisory service is provided at no cost to families.
We are growing and looking for a driven Senior Care Advisor who can balance compassionate family guidance with proactive relationship development throughout Green Bay and the Fox Cities.
What you’ll do- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and professional referral partners.
- Meet with seniors and families to understand their care needs, concerns, goals, preferences, and timing.
- Develop relationships with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, healthcare professionals, senior living providers, and community partners.
- Create new referral opportunities through consistent outreach, follow-up, networking, presentations, and community involvement.
- Advocate for clients throughout the decision-making and transition process while maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Maintain timely, accurate client and referral-partner activity in Care Patrol’s customer relationship management system.
- Communicate clearly with families, referral sources, providers, and the internal team from first contact through post-move follow-up.
- Track activity, conversion, move-ins, and other performance expectations; use the numbers to improve results.
- Represent Care Patrol professionally at networking events, healthcare conferences, association meetings, and community expos.
The right person is equally comfortable at a family’s kitchen table, in a hospital or skilled nursing facility, and in a business-development meeting. You bring empathy to sensitive conversations and urgency to the sales process.
- Sales-minded: You enjoy pursuing opportunities, managing a pipeline, overcoming objections, and closing.
- Persistent: You are comfortable with rejection, stay consistent, and keep following up without becoming discouraged.
- Relationship-driven: You build genuine trust with families, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
- Emotionally intelligent: You can lead with compassion while helping families make timely decisions.
- Accountable: You welcome goals, coaching, and clear expectations.
- Organized: You can manage multiple families, referral sources, tours, follow-ups, and deadlines without losing details.
- Self-directed: You take initiative, plan your week, and work independently while staying connected to the team.
- Adaptable: You remain calm and responsive when priorities shift or a family’s needs change quickly.
- Two or more years of consultative, relationship-based, business-to-business, healthcare, or community sales experience is preferred.
- A demonstrated ability to develop relationships, manage a sales process, and achieve measurable goals.
- Experience in senior services, healthcare, social work, case management, senior living, home care, or a related field is helpful but not required.
- Some college education is preferred; a bachelor’s degree is welcomed but not required.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Sound judgment, discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Comfort using technology, maintaining detailed records, and learning a customer relationship management system.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel regularly throughout the local market.
- Full-time position with frequent local travel throughout Green Bay and the Fox Cities.
- The role includes in-person family meetings, tours, partner visits, networking, and community events.
- Occasional after-hours calls and periodic weekend on-call responsibilities may be required based on family needs.
