Entry-Level Painter

Job Overview

Join the Epic facilities team and put your painting skills to work on a campus that is 9-million-square-feet and growing. As a member of Epic’s painting team, you will maintain the appearance of our campus from prep work to patching and painting. You may also work with decorative finishes and wall coverings.

• Preparation of surfaces, including sanding, priming, and cleaning.
• Application of paint, topcoats, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Patching and repairing damaged walls and ceilings.
• Application of decorative finishes and wall coverings with precision.
• Maintaining quality records and safety documentation.

• Experience with patching, color matching, masking, etc.
• Experience with wall coverings and wood finish is ideal.
• Tech school and/or prior hands‑on training preferred.
• History of professional success.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Availability to work 2nd shift (Monday – Thursday, 12pm – 10:30pm).
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• COVID‑19 vaccination.

The role is based on our campus in Madison, Wisconsin and requires relocation;
