$30–$34/hr + more with a CDL
· Paid weekly
· Home every night
· We pay for your CDL
Underground fiber crew in the Green Bay–Appleton area. We need an operator who can run the drill and hit the bore.

- Path to foreman
- Run a Vermeer or Ditch Witch directional drill on fiber installs
- Set up the rig, plan the bore path, and steer around existing utilities
- Pull back conduit and duct; place fiber
- Work with the locator and crew to keep bores on line and on grade
- Daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Safety and site restoration, every day
- 2+ years running an HDD drill
- Understand utility locates and bore planning
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass a drug screen and background check
- CDL Class A or B
- Locating experience (Subsite, DCI)
- Telecom / fiber experience
- OSHA 10
