Brown County Shelter Care is seeking staff to supervise and engage youth in a 24/7 facility. You will support learning, living and daily activities for youths aged 10-17, ensuring safety and well-being during the 3pm-11pm shift with two weekend shifts per month.
The role requires teamwork, crisis de-escalation skills, and accurate documentation. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
