As a Salesforce Developer, you will gather requirements, design and deliver CRM applications and integrations, manage technology projects, provide training and support, and collaborate with stakeholders from concept through implementation. The ideal candidate embraces UW-Green Bay's values to

** Key

Job Responsibilities:

*** Implements data structure and systems performance strategies
* Prepares detailed system design specifications for system integration and upgrades
* Maintains and troubleshoots applications, systems, or websites
* Reviews application design specifications, codes new applications, and makes enhancements to existing applications
* Prepares program documentation and training requirements
* Tests and debugs programs, and prepares systems test data
* Develops or modifies technical specifications for moderately-complex projects using disciplined software development practices##

This position is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

* Required Qualifications:

*** All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. UW-Green Bay cannot sponsor an applicant for work authorization visas for this position, including F-1 STEM OPT extensions
* BS/BA degree in computer science/engineering, information technology, or related field at the time of application
* One year of demonstrated Salesforce CRM development experience and/or relevant certifications (Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or 2, UX/Strategy Designer, Salesforce Administrator, etc.)
* Experience with software development and object-oriented programming
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects, tasks, and resources
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely through verbal and written communication to various stakeholders

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Three years of demonstrated Salesforce CRM development experience
* Experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Blackthorn Event Registration solutions built on Salesforce
* Experience working with Oracle Campus Solutions, Workday, or other Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
* Experience writing SQL queries, analyzing data, and utilizing report writing tools
* Experience with related tools such as Form Assembly, Salesforce API development, Informatica, etc.
* Experience with information security, compliance, and/or audit
* Commitment to cultivating a work environment that embraces inclusion
