As a Salesforce Developer, you will gather requirements, design and deliver CRM applications and integrations, manage technology projects, provide training and support, and collaborate with stakeholders from concept through implementation. - Implements data structure and systems performance strategies
- Prepares detailed system design specifications for system integration and upgrades
- Maintains and troubleshoots applications, systems, or websites
- Reviews application design specifications, codes new applications, and makes enhancements to existing applications
- Prepares program documentation and training requirements
- Tests and debugs programs, and prepares systems test data
- Develops or modifies technical specifications for moderately-complex projects using disciplined software development practices

This position is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
- All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. UW-Green Bay cannot sponsor an applicant for work authorization visas for this position, including F-1 STEM OPT extensions
- BS/BA degree in computer science/engineering, information technology, or related field at the time of application
- One year of demonstrated Salesforce CRM development experience and/or relevant certifications (Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or 2, UX/Strategy Designer, Salesforce Administrator, etc.)
- Experience with software development and object-oriented programming
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, tasks, and resources
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely through verbal and written communication to various stakeholders
- Three years of demonstrated Salesforce CRM development experience
- Experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Blackthorn Event Registration solutions built on Salesforce
- Experience working with Oracle Campus Solutions, Workday, or other Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
