Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate at First Supply LLC. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for ensuring that product is handled correctly throughout its lifecycle to provide timely, accurate order fulfillment and excellent customer service.

• Using a radio‑frequency gun to fill, package, and ship orders accurately and on time.
• Process incoming product promptly, checking for damage.
• Determine the status of orders at any time.
• Answer telephone calls politely and promptly, taking accurate messages or referring calls as necessary.
• Follow tag‑and‑hold procedures for all incoming shipments, keeping the hold area clear and accessible.
• Apply any special instructions applicable to an order.
• Report quality or inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager or Inventory Control Specialist.
• Label outbound materials with the correct shipping label.
• Ensure documents/system records match the quantities/items picked.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area.
• Follow all safety procedures.

• Good computer knowledge and ability to learn First Supply’s business system.
• Strong organizational skills for managing paperwork and time.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple interruptions.
• Experience with handheld RF units (preferred).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
