Warehouse Worker & Graphic Designer

Paid onsite role in Green Bay, WI that blends logistics work with graphic design support. At Midwest Workwear, you will help keep warehouse operations running smoothly while also contributing to visual content used across marketing materials, product labels, packaging, and digital assets. This is a fast-paced position focused on safety, accurate inventory, and practical creative output.

• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
• Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to maintain accurate stock levels and proper storage.
• Handle materials manually when needed, performing heavy lifting in accordance with OSHA safety regulations and PPE protocols

• Prepare shipments by packing, labeling, and verifying orders for shipping and receiving, and support fulfillment through order picking and packing
  .
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by stocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and following established safety standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to monitor day-to-day operations, support logistics workflow improvements, and help implement safety procedures.
• Support graphic design needs by creating visual content for marketing and branding, including product labels, packaging designs, or digital assets

• Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes, including shipping and receiving
  , order picking and packing
  , and load and unload procedures

• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and the ability to adhere to safety protocols; experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles is a plus.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurements.
• Proficiency with inventory control software and technical tools used in logistics operations.
• Strong materials handling understanding, including comfort with manual handling for heavy lifting

• Creative aptitude with graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar, to support visual projects aligned with branding goals.

• Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 30.0 to 40.0 per week
