• Oversee daily operations, customer service, vendor services, inventory, and writing repair orders.
• Remedy customer complaints promptly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Three or more years of experience in a customer service position for automotive is necessary.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends.
• Possess a state‑issued driver’s license and clean driving record to operate vehicles.
• Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership.
